About
Compassionate, Individualized, Evidence-Based Care Tailored to You

Taking the first step
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don't have to do it alone. I recognize that taking that first step toward change isn't always easy. Whether you're navigating mental health concerns, life challenges, work-related stress, or patterns that no longer serve you, connecting with a registered therapist can provide valuable support and guidance.
I draw on evidence-based therapies with strong research support, adapting my approach to align with your unique needs and preferences. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of my patients, placing you at the center of the therapeutic process.

My Trauma-Informed Approach to Your Health
In our work together, I take a trauma-informed approach that places importance on creating a sense of safety, offering choice, and working collaboratively in a way that supports your autonomy. We recognize that life experiences, including trauma, prolonged stress, and systemic influences, can have a lasting impact on emotional well-being, relationships, and the ways people learn to cope.
Rather than viewing challenges as problems to be fixed, my approach focuses on making sense of your experiences and understanding how they may continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships and daily life.

Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially when you're already carrying so much. As a therapist, I aim to offer you a warm, grounding space where you can show up exactly as you are — no need to have it all figured out. Together, we'll explore what's been feeling heavy and begin to make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults (18+) and couples from all walks of life, and I understand how our stories — our cultures, identities, and past experiences — shape the way we move through the world.
I often support clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, burnout, and grief. Depending on your needs, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy to create a personalized approach that meets you where you are.
In our work together, you can expect a space that is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning after a break, my hope is that our sessions become a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
